JT Head Coach

I’m JT—a dad, partner, and coach with over 20 years’ experience helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. My approach is simple: fitness should fit your life, not take it over.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, from GP referrals to small group training, and my goal is always the same—to guide and support you in becoming the best version of yourself, for you and the people you love.

Anna Operations and Marketing

Anna is the warm, steady presence that keeps Taylor Built Coaching thriving. With her natural gift for organisation and administration experience, she brings calm, care, and a touch of humour to everything she does. Anna leads with compassion, honesty, and an open heart. She’s a devoted mum to our two daughters, inspiring them daily with her strength, kindness, and grace. Passionate about health and wellness, Anna lives her values wholeheartedly—mind, body, and soul. She is the heartbeat of our family and the quiet magic that makes it all work.

Si Coach

Meet Si, bringing over 13 years of training experience and a real passion for helping others. He believes strongly in the link between fitness and mental health, which inspired him to step into coaching.

Si has a background in weightlifting and has helped several clients through bodybuilding prep, supporting their fat loss journeys.

Having used fitness to get through challenging times himself, Si brings empathy, knowledge, and care to his coaching. He’s dedicated to helping others grow stronger—both physically and mentally—while continuing to learn every day.
