What is small group personal training?

Small group personal training is a 6 to 1 ratio of members to coach. It offers a blend of personalised attention and group motivation.

How is it different from one to one coaching?

While 1 to 1 training is fully customised, small group training still provides individual coaching but in a group setting. It’s more affordable while still offering targeted workouts.

What are the benefits of small group training?

Is Taylor Built Coaching suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely! Trainers typically tailor exercises to each participant’s experience of training, fitness level, injury or aliments, making small group personal training suitable for beginners to advanced clients.

How many people are in a small group?

There will be a maximum of 6 participants per coach for every session that is attended. 

Do I need to be the same fitness level as others in the group?

No we design scalable workouts so everyone can work at their own pace and ability.

How many sessions are held?

There are sessions Monday to Friday with ranges of times throughout the day. There are different membership packages to suit your desired attendance frequency.

Can I bring a friend or create my own group?

Occasionally we will run “bring a friend” offers. Speak with JT regarding bringing a friend for a taster session which can be arranged prior to the day. Giving enough time to complete the appropriate information required.

How long is each session?

Sessions are 50 minutes in total.

What type of workouts are included?

Depending on the program at the time, sessions may include:

– Strength training

– HIIT (High – Intensity Interval Training)

– Functional fitness

– Mobility and flexibility

– Core conditioning

What if I miss a session?

There is a very flexible booking system where you can book and reschedule sessions round your availability. There is an 8 hour cancellation process.

Is nutrition included in the membership?

We will include general nutrition guidance but for a more in depth look at your nutrition please book an appointment to discuss and we would be happy to help.

How much do memberships cost?

It all varies depending on the membership package you want to purchase and the frequency you attend sessions. Please contact us for more information.

What should I bring to session?

– A water bottle

– Workout towel

– Non restrictive clothing and suitable trainers

– Any personal items your coach may recommend

How do I sign up to become a member?
